I tell you, blogging is very therapeutic for me. Never did I ever imagine that my country would come to look as it does in my life time. People are going to need to rise up in the millions, and soon.

But with said, hope things are well with you and that your 2021 is off to a good start.

DanGossamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07991638111676600285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4188523315107673889.post-39829736047270444662020-12-07T16:38:27.916-08:002020-12-07T16:38:27.916-08:00Such a cozy sleeping porch Tonita, looks like a co...Such a cozy sleeping porch Tonita, looks like a comforting and safe place to spend off mode time ... have spent quite a bit of it myself this year. You have so many charming accessories, and have such a knack for putting it all together. It looks like a great space to kick back and chill. Glad you are enjoying your home. Thanks for sharing. It's always great to see a post from you in my inbox. I'm a Trump Girl, too, as you know. TRUMP 2020! I thought of you just recently and wondered how you are doing. We must talk soon. I trust you are well and so enjoyed your post and seeing your beautiful sleeping porch. It is so cozy and welcoming. I am pleading with God to give our dear President Trump another four years in the White House. Fear and panic tries to overwhelm me, but I am holding on to a dream God gave me on 9/6 and clinging to the revelations He has given me since then, hoping with all my heart that He will have mercy upon us. I shudder to even imagine the awful outcome if President Trump loses. Surely God has put him where he is for such a time as this, and we can only keep praying and fasting and definitely vote. Everyone in our household voted for Trump in early voting and were SO proud and happy to do so. God bless you and let me know when you can talk by phone. Everything ...I absolutely LOVE your outdoor porch! Everything is decorated so shabby chic and gorgeous! I have a front porch but it's not large enough for a bed but two red wicker chairs and a small table for tea! I have a tiny back yard that's fenced in to keep my kitty from wandering (no, she doesn't climb it) and the yard still needs fixing up. We've been in our house for almost 2 years. It's taking me a long time to decorate but I hope to get my tiny sitting yard dolled up soon. I'm in SC so I don't have to worry about snow and such things anymore. I'm from MA and lived in Canada (PEI) for almost 9 years before moving back to the states. Now my husband and I are northerners living in the south! I love to see your posts, so write more often, please! :-) Linda Shukrihttp://www.ladyelsielee.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4188523315107673889.post-53847244877611859192020-10-31T19:13:19.585-07:002020-10-31T19:13:19.585-07:00Glad to hear your alive and that all is well. Yes all is well here, in fact recently welcomed into the world my first grand-baby, a boy. As far as the election I'm feeling much better about 'The Donald' being able to kick 'Creepy Joe's butt. Seems hard to believe that four years have gone by so fast. Take care and enjoy the rapidly approaching Holiday season.

Dan Gossamerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07991638111676600285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4188523315107673889.post-33855065414991667772020-10-31T10:29:49.271-07:002020-10-31T10:29:49.271-07:00Sharon, I just tried to leave a comment on your bl...Sharon, I just tried to leave a comment on your blog. I also spent some time out in the woods (just me and my husky/shep) off some milepost between the Birdhouse tavern and Alyeska ski resort. I used to hitchhike out to the wilderness and loved the true solitude in the woods. Totally fun and exciting wilderness adventures, alone in the back country. I packed a 45 french revolver, a 7mm rifle over my shoulder and a pearl handle 22 in my jeans pocket. Those were the days. After awhile I began to miss the warm beaches of CA and I just gravitated back to my roots. I have considered moving back to Alaska as a single woman. While I love the 4 seasons of WNC and my sweet farmhouse and living outside of town in these mountains, it is still not private or rural enough for my liking but rural living in Alaska requires more skills and self sufficiency than I possess. I do yearn for a more rural lifestyle without a neighbor in sight for many many miles. Who knows- I may be blogging from Alaska in a few years?Tonitahttp://www.shabbychictinyretreat.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4188523315107673889.post-43574588882839383902020-10-30T20:19:21.293-07:002020-10-30T20:19:21.293-07:00I love your post... and everything about your home...I love your post... and everything about your home.
